Thank you for your reply. Version 1.2.0 . However late last night I gave it one more try attempting to calibrate it w/o assistant 2 and noticed the camera settings fail was almost totally closed. I opened it completely and was able to correct the forward sensors.
Again, thank you very much.

Hello!  I also do have the  issue that there is only a white screen instead of a dotted calibration screen.  The camera set up is ok.   For me it is also 1,2,3 empty.  Several times.  Restarted assistant ( same version ) restarted p4p.  Is there a solution?
Thanks.

Try setting your screen resolution to a standard setting e.g. 720p @ 1280x720

[edit] That may actually need to be 1024x768. oops.

I have no problems using 1920x1080 (laptop display) still being a standard resolution however.

Noted, but I read of a similar problem on a Mac in another thread which this resolved. For the OP to try...

Hello, I am having the same issue. Using a 2013 Macbook Air while attempting to calibrate the vision system I simply get a blank screen. I have adjusted the screen display to all available setting and had no success. What steps do I need to take in order to successfully calibrate the camera? Thank you.

Sorry for the troubles. Please try to re-plug the cable and restart all devices to see whether it helps. Alternatively, you may change to another PC to verify.

Anyone resolve this?  I still get the blank screen. Have tried various resolutions. Two different screens.

I get the same thing. A blank screen and just two empty sensor boxes on the bottom left.

Windows 10 October 2018 Update.
40" UHD screen at 100% scaling. (It doesn't get detected, so I have to manually enter "40")
Tried on the secondary screen which is an 11" 1920x1080. Same thing. Also not automatically detected.

Mavic Air. Latest firmware as of today.

I get the same thing. A blank screen and just two empty sensor boxes on the bottom left.

Windows 10 October 2018 Update.

TL;DR: If your monitor is plugged into DVI, try switching to an HDMI cable instead. Worked for me.

I had that same problem on Win10 Pro. I had a similar Win10 Home system where the calibration software ran normally, never a hiccup. When that machine retired, I was dismayed to find that it's fancy new replacement gave me a blank calibration screen. Reinstalling software, refreshing firmware, rebooting, restarting, reordering steps, resetting permissions : you name it, I tried it. I was desperate.

On a hunch, I swapped the monitor cabling on the new machine--just the cabling, mind you; same computer, monitor, & graphics card--from DVI to HDMI. Hey, presto! The calibration screen appeared, as it should, and I was able to successfully complete the sensor calibration.

I cannot even wildly guess why this change would make a difference, but it did, so I'm happy. I can't guarantee this technique will turn the trick for you, but it's a thing to try if you're desperate.

No luck.  How is this possible?

It's because DJI could care less otherwise I wouldn't be having this problem also. don't worry DJI will pay in the end!

If you're getting a blank white screen make sure you do not have any additional monitors plugged in unplug any additional monitor HDMI cables or VGA cables and then restart everything and try it again

Solved! I had the same problem with my iMac and P4P. My P4P was indicating an error in the vision system and that I needed to calibrate it with Assistant 2. It would fly and take pics and vids ok but the error remained. I downloaded and launched DJI Assistant for Phantom onto my iMac, connected the P4P, and tried to calibrate it. I got a blank screen. I checked the screen resolution in "System Preferences" and it was defaulted to 1920 X 1080. I clicked the "Scaled" button and was given two more choices. I tried both 1600 X 900 and  1280 X 720 and found that if I changed the resolution, relaunched Assistant, and restarted the P4P the calibration screen was no longer blank. I was able to calibrate the vision system by following the instructions and now when I fly I no longer get the vision system error. Of course I reset my iMac screen resolution back to the original default when I was finished with Assistant 2. Hope this helps.

When I changed from DP to HDMI it worked, thanks for the tip.

DJI   make a fix for this bug, it's a joke that you haven't done so. The bug presist version after version !!!!!

I just encountered this issue on my 2019 MacBook Pro 16"

The fix for me was to disconnect all my external monitors. Once I did that, the Assistant 2 calibration worked as expected
