Hi guys,

My MA disconnected at the weekend, but did return home safely. I was flying at the back of mine which is basically in the middle of no where at a distance of around 130m and around 40m high.

Can anyone tell me how I can access my flight logs so I can identify what caused this to happen?

Thanks Wachtberger, I'll look in to that later. For some reason only 5.8ghz is available and I just got a msg come up on my android device in Chinese,the only letters I could make out was SD. The option buttons were Cancel or Switch. Any ideas?

I'm based in the United Kingdom BTW.

Hello again, i was able to find the dji.go.v4 filder on my device without connecting to my laptop but both cache and files folders are empty. Any ideas? Could it be because Ive recently reinstalled the app?

Did you find the folder named "Flightrecord"? Is it empty too? If you have done a full uninstall before reinstall it could indeed be that all is gone.

There must be a subfolder named flightrecord. If you don't see it, you are searching in the wrong directory.

Ahhh! The folder that was empty was on the sd card, ive since searched the intetnal memory of my device and there and found three dji.go.v4 folders. The top one has the flightrecord folder. Thank you ever so much.

Are you using android or IOS... the more information you provide can help establish what if anything went wrong. A positive it came home, so be assured it does work.

Hi! Its an Android devuce (Xperia XZ). Ive seen the log for the flight in question and there is only info up to the point that it lost signal and no other message given.

Yeah, that my friend is the issue, it is not compatible with dji go or go 4 or the RC.

My advice would be to invest in an ipad mini 4. Sure it's more cash outlay but 100% worth the outlay, you'll enjoy hours of flying. The MA is an outstanding little drone, splash the cash and enjoy.

Thanks for the info guys. Just taken it out for a flight, very pleased now. Apart from the lack of option to switch to 2.4ghz.

It was on another thread I was reading that it was known for compatibility issues, reported by a few users. Apparently the issue was with the cable (go figure) and not the phone itself, my apology to the OP the phone will work.

Well, you have the same message in English on your screen.
Internal storage is full, Do you wish to switch to SD card.

Your Mavic air is set to record on the internal 8GB and not on the SD card . If you switch, it will record on the SD card ...

Yes, the message should be in English in the message box ! Yes- it is a bug.

Hi, thank you so much for providing the photo, the message told that the internal storage of your drone is full and ask if you would like to switch to the SD card, you can choose the "Switch" button to record on the SD card. Thanks!

Hi, thank you for your suggestion. Yes, actually there showed two same messages in English on the screen. I will forward this to our engineers, hope it will be improved in the future if possible, then it will be more convenient for those pilots who only use the English language to read it. Thanks!

Thanks for that guys,the odd thing is both my internal memory and sd card were empty.
