How do you reset the firmware to factory settings? Because I have a problem with firmware upgrade to version v1.11.20 (Phantom 3 Adv)

Sorry that you can not restore to factory setting. Or you can flash the firmware through SD card. Thanks for your support.

As DJ E says - there is no reset on FW ... basically the old option to flash back one step is no longer available and only recourse is Hacking ... which I totally advise against.
Try sort out the FW install you have.
