Please, can we have an update on when the D-RTK will be writing its data to a camera?

I have clients going mental that your website is very misleading about this product. We were promised this solution many months ago and we still don't have any updates. Is there any Beta software we could be testing this with?

Is there any official way I can make a complaint about this?

We are desperate to get this to work.

Regarding your question, we are sorry to tell you that currently only when you take pictures with M210 RTK, the RTK information can be written to the photo. For other drones, like M600, there is information in flight control, but there is no RTK data in the photo. And we do not have relevant test software, thank you for your understanding.

Is there an official way I can complain about this?

We’ve invested in an aircraft that doesn’t work and as cost us a great deal of money. Is there away we can return the system?

Regarding your concern, you can get RTK information via the photos'attribute. If the Rtkflag is "1", it means it records the RTK information.
But the RTK information cannot be viewed in flight data.

Ok, i know that, but i want to know where i can take informations RTK of flight (latitude, longitude, altitude)  ????? in the file .DAT
