Hi

I did some panoramic photos today with my Mavic Air, but when I open DJI Media Maker it crashes and does not complete the photos ... is the software outdated or am I doing something wrong?

Maybe try re installing? I'm not too sure how to fix this. I just used mine yesterday and it works fine so I know it's not outdated.

Works fine for me but in case you are unaware it does not stitch spheres.

Please try to change a PC or reinstall it again. Thanks for your support.

Look for Hugin.  Works pretty good on my Windows 10 laptop.  You can find a free download at http://hugin.sourceforge.net/.

Did you resolve the problem? I ve the same issue here. It worked fine for a long time...now it doesn't and mention failed. I did reinstall it multiple times but nothing resolve the problem. I m on a strong PC runing with windows 10.

Media maker is junk don't waste your time.  Spend the money and get a real stitching program like PTGUI.
