Since ive switch from andriod to ios spark has been awesome but what ive notice is that i dont get the sound indicating low battery any more like i did with andriod . it still marks on go 4 app but no sound . is this normal . its no big deal but just thought i ask . using iphone 6s

No, it's not normal. You should try turning up the volume on your mobile device.

Ive done that everything is at full volume.as i can hear home point updated.just not low battery

I have an iPhone 6S and at one time it had the Low Battery audio warning but after an update is doesn't anymore.  I have posted numerous times about this to no avail.

Hi, when the battery has severely low battery, it will have the reminder. Please try again and keep us updated.

Electra it does mark it and turns red on the go 4 app but the audio part of it is gone .

I dug into this and it seems to be an iOS bug from what I can tell. The audio works on android but not iOS at this time. Just keep an eye out on your battery level (Go 4 app) so it doesn't catch you off guard....or panic mode might kick in, lol

Anybody find a solution to this??
I am flying with an Ipad 2017 or my Iphone 5S and no audible alarm at my preset level of 30%.
Everything is updated to the latest config.
Volume is up also.

Nope....nothing....quiet as a mouse....just pay attention to % so you will have enough juice to get home

Still have no low battery sound. Ive given up on it i just keep an eye on it now

I do not believe it is an IOS bug because I get low battery warning when using my Mavic Air, but not Spark.

When i use my andriod device it comes back

For IOS have you tried going into settings --> notifications -->  DJIGo4 --> sounds.
Verify that the sounds is on (green)

I get all the audio messages except the Low Battery one...I’ve tried setting different thresholds. I have iPhone 6s with all Apple and DJI updates. I used to get the audio message but not now.

Ive tryed everything to get low battery sound nothing works like i said before i give up.i just keep an eye on the screen using iphone 6s
