As of now, the law regarding drones are not strict. Drones are not restricted here in the Philippines.

There is no need for a license and registration if you are flying as a hobbyist. Of course, everyone who operates a drone here in the Philippines still need to comply with the following regulations set by our Civil Aviation Authority:

1.) No drone flying above 400ft (120m)
2.) maintain visual line of sight
3.) no drone flying within 10km radius of an airport
4.) no night time flying
5.) no flying above crowds
