i got several quite huge dng files while using the 360 sphere panorama mode. but the window explorer says only a resolution of 960 x 544. that seems quite small for this huge file size. when i batch convert them with xnconvert or irfanview i also get only jpegs with this small resolution. how can i convert those files to jpegs with the real resolution?

there must be a free tool somewhere because the website https://www.zamzar.com/ does it quite well. I got a resolution of 4056 x 2280

ah i got it, i just needed to disable the following option in irfanview: options => preferences => "try to load only the preview image"
