So heres my situation....I own a Inspire 1 Pro with X5 zenmuse

I replaced the Ncore component and now the DJI Go ap is requiring me to activate the device.

So....i go through the menus......accept the terms agreement....select units of measurement....and then get to part where it asks me to sign in to activate.....

I click activate and it shows "Failure to activate" and to retry.....which i have been retrying for the past few days....

All firmware is current....and the remote is showing green and its firmware is up to date as well...

DJI wants me to send it to them to look at it....but I feel its something simple with the software/firmware...

Anyone got any direction ??

Sorry that we never recommend customer to disassemble or replace any component by themselves since it is not just the hardware replacement but also the software related. If there is any damage with the drone, please send in for further assistance.
