Is it bad for the batteries to be charged right after it has been used?

Yes, you should definitely allow them to cool down before attempting to recharge them. If they are too warm, they probably won't charge anyhow (since they have built-in protection to prevent charging when too warm).

Yes, but they have built-in protection to prevent charging when warm.

Never charge a hot battery, but it is not necessarily so hot that it can not be charged immediately after the flight has ended. Check the temperature of the battery via the Go 4 app before turning the drone off. Batteries with a temperature below 25 degrees C / 77 degrees F. can easily be charged. Allow to cool if necessary.

Yes, it is recommended to charge the battery until it cools down to near room temperature.

Attempting to charge a hot battery from wall outlet by dipping it in salt water ice bath sitting next to gas can in garage, while you run out for pizza and beer; what could possibly go wrong.

When you get back, you'll have an EXPANDED view of the neighborhood where  you can fly the MP in an OPEN space after everything get leveled out!

Yes, you don't have to really worry about whether it's damaging in that the batteries will not take a charge if the internal temperature is not in line with its programmed level.
