Hello,

Pretty new to this but do I have to disable windows 10 digital verification before a download can be done from the drone?  I keep getting a message states "theres a problem with this drive. Scan the drive to fix it".  I am trying to download from the onboard memory and the sd card.  Everything else is hooked correctly according to the nuimerous videos on the subject and the dron is on.

Hi Ivan, so sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. You mean you want to download the images and videos from the drone to your computer, right? If so, could you please show us a photo of the error message? We'll look into it, thanks!

Dude, just take the memory card out and plug it in the memory slot on the computer.

I get the scan and fix every time I take the microSD card from my Spark and plug it into a Win 7 PC.  I let it scan and then access the files.
