Ok I'll see what support says and await an update on the fault issue.

My dealer still has to send out the replacement QR adaptors and props, can you tell me what amount of props and QR adaptors they are suppose to send?

EDIT: 2 pairs of adaptors

After an indoor flight and a crash one quick release adapter was broken. I don't know if the 3 left are in a good shape or not ?

Email sent, just for future info can you get feedback on what the issue is with the QR adaptors, as id rather use them as far superior and less hassle

Should we all have these QR prop's by now? I've heard Sweet F.A on mine And doubt I ever will....I'm now getting annoyed that this is
how the system works....
My dealer* is useless Sadly I'm stuck dealing with them.....

Your not the only one. I'm still waiting for mine.
I too don't think that they will ever appear!
I had to keep pestering them for the original prop locks!

Interesting.....  my dealer only sent two sets of props and two sets of adapters and when questioned they said they were only instructed to send 2 pairs of props and 2 pairs of adapters. Dealer was CopterShop.

here too.... my local hobby shop through their distributor of DJI also only sent me two pairs of props and adaptors.

Seems like there not  issuing the correct quantities.

I would pull them up about it and ask for an explanation.

Yep a wee bit steep, but I guess they are CNC'd out of a solid chunk. Did have a look on the old flee bay but didn't try the .com version . Thanks.

I see that there is a new metal mounting plate out. I believe manufactured in China. Anyone try or heard of these?

Those metal adaptors look good, and the seller makes mention of dealing with balance during manufacture. Not cheap, but if they work they look like a great alternative, despite the price. Wonder what the weight of them is?

I just ordered a set so I let you folks know how much they weigh and if they're balanced or not.

Everyone seems to be waiting for these QR mounts.  My guess is DJI are going to be careful what they do next.  They'd be crazy to send out the same ones to everybody so they are probably recalling existing stock and working out how best to re-engineer them. Says he - optimistic and grounded.
What's always struck me about the Inspire 1 is that its the Formula 1 car of the multirotor world.  I can get it to 20m/sec in a second or two.  That then causes me to reflect on the current prop mount situation - it just cannot be right!  The fitting guide says the mounts are good for 200 flights - but what kind of flight? I throw my Inspire 1 around sometimes and if you let the sticks self-centre whilst she's doing a sprint she'll stop on a sixpence. This places huge strain on the props.
