Not sure but I think it has to do with YouTube and how they display it.
One of the guys on the forum will give you a better explanation.

Not sure what resolution you uploaded the video as, but Utube has only processed it as 240p (very low quality) at this point i time. Did you upload it as MP4 or WEBM file?

Youtube shows max quality for that video from them as 240p.  
Are you looking at video on iPad or Mac from another source?

    I'm looking at it on the iPad where the original was emailed from the DJI Go App.

It was very very low resolution.
So that will have to do with using the DJI go app footage I guess.
Best to take it from the SD card.

Thanks for the advice. Do take the SD card out and put in in a reader or connect thr drone to the computer to access the SD card?
