spark not scan qr code and wi fi plese help

You're not giving any details about the device you're using...iPhone? Android? However you can activate the aircraft without necessarily scanning the code just put the password you find either on the back of the aircraft or on the back of the RC. FOLLOW THE STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS on the device, or manual, or youtube.

i have done it it not working

Your product might have different username and password on box and spark.
Just remove the battery from spark and then note down the credentials that are mentioned on a sticker on spark battery compartment and then try inputting those.
It will connect well.

Hi, did you try to use IOS device to search the wifi of spark or RC? Or you can try to reset wifi.

New aircraft. No internet connection message on both aircraft and remote on both iPhone or iPad both of which see WiFi but unable to connect. Unable to get past this!!

So if you go in your iPhone/ipad wifi settings do you see the 2 Spark wifi networks? I mean 1 network is generated by the spark when you DON'T use the RC. The other is generated when you DO use the RC. Make sure you select the right wifi network and the right password.
