I think because of the fact of it being tide water. Also, if you notice the dredger.
They basically have to constantly dredge the channel in the middle for the safe passage of the larger ships that are always delivering goods.
So this is constantly stirring up mud and silt.
I was wondering if these dredgers ever bring up old and historic artifacts.

I love both, the flying and the editing.
Both present a challenge and teaches you a lot of patience.
I guess that is a good thing.
