I also do not really like the quality that I get after the video editor of Pinacle Studio 20. In the source files, which are obtained from the camera of my Mavik - everything is great. But when I try to do any editing and get the result - in the best case I get that. that here above. And at worst. if I add a change in levels, white balance and so on - a good picture only in stable scenes. The slightest movement draws the background into a mess ...
In the video editor of Pinacle Studio 20 all the flags are in the "high quality" position. In addition, I also tried Adobe Premierre - the result is even worse. Although our colleagues praise him.
Do you have any thoughts on this matter?

Have you checked the output settings from the softwares? Because it's very strange that it is so disturbed..
I'm sorry but I don't use still any software for video..I'll try soon, but the weather is not helpful for me to make any video..
I hope someone can give you some help on this matter. When I have some videos I'll try too with adobe premiere I think.
