Hello Everyone,

Here is my latest edit. Snowboarding Trip to Utah. Footage from MAvic Pro and OSMO Mobile with Gopro Attachment. Man how i wish drones would be allowed on the ski resorts (but then again, i think about it and could get very ugly very fast)! footage from ground level while on the Slopes, with some nice scenic views of the canyon with the Mavic! Thanks! I agree, i have a bit of a combo here, Mavic and Osmo,  there is a full Mavic edit on the works, ill share as soon as im done with it! Thanks for watching! Wachtberger! Cheers!

Just my 2 cents: right at the beginning of the video it flashed repeatedly zooming in and out... and I stopped watching.

BTW where were you guys at in Utah? Back in the day I was stationed in Ogden, did a bunch of mogul thump'in at Park City, Solitude and Snowbird, Beautiful country!

we stayed mostly up in Brighton and did some runs on Solitude as well. Great snow for sure, too bad our timing was not right to get the storms dumping fresh POW! but cant plan out mother nature with some many months in advance!

Well done!

Never skied either resort.  Skied Canyons over by Park City, UT serveral times.  
Bummer about the wipe-out and shoulder injury.

Makes you feel better.   A friend of mine broke two ribs, while skiing.  
Seems he could ski downhill, but couldn't stand on skis in a flat spot.
We still Rib him about to this day.

Hah!  Looks like you guys had a great time.  Thanks for sharing.  Yes, would be nice to be able to fly on the slopes but agree...it could get messy.  But you know there are times when no one is around and it would just be some epic video.  I guess that's what 'out of bounds' are for.  Thanks for sharing and enjoyed those clips at the end.

The skate park from above is awesome, also like the pier, esp the one with the Ferris wheel at night.  Nicely done.

Really appreciate your support to DJI products, looking forward to seeing more great footages from you.

Great mix of gimbal and overhead footage.  
You can always take off and control the Mavic away from the ski slopes and fly high up towards them...   They control the ground, not the air space

lol! yup that is what i did on my following trip to Colorado, currently working on that edit i was a bit closer to the slopes so i was able to capture better footage of the actual mountain and trails while maintaining an altitude that wouldn't interfere with lift operations or people.  Cheers Ian!!

we did have a great time! thanks for watching!!! i agree there are times when in the middle of the week no one around would be nice, but it only takes a ski patrol in the wrong day to get kicked out. but those out of bound places are def what i want to explore next trip to try and get some epic follow shots.
