Last week, I was cruising around my home town with my Mavic Pro and happened to get this shot of the Baptist church just as the sun was almost down. The church is quite old but does not look it.
There was a bad fire I believe in the 1940's or 50's that almost destroyed the main part, but was rebuilt.
If you notice the two graveyards, there are actually graves in there dating back before the Civil War. Also, some grave stones in there completely eroded.

Also, the little house accross the street was always called the boat house and I never knew why. Then someone enlightened me. If you see the edge of the parking lot for the church, next to this house. Many, many years ago, it was a fairly big lake right next to the house.

I have a lot of memories from many years ago attending there,
As a child, Sunday school, church, bible school during the Summer, etc.

Nice shot. Add snow and it would be a great Christmas image.

What was really cool getting this shot was I was about a mile away and snapping pictures of what I thought might be interesting.
Basically just using the telemetry and a tablet. So, luckily I spotted this one when going through the mini sd card.
Really heavily congested area with various size buildings, tress, etc. So, the Mavic Pro really performed very well.
