Newbie here so might be doing something stupid, but I can't get the simulator to work.

Mavic air, controller and tablet all powered on and connected. But when I enter the simulator, it appears to work OK for about 3 seconds then the screen goes black and after a few seconds it returns back to the menu screen. I have shut down and rebooted all three devices but stilll doing the same. Any ideas anyone?

May I know which version of DJI go 4 APP and mobile device you are using? Please try to remove the app and install the latest version again, note to back up the important files and sync the records before removing the app.
If the issue persists, please tell me the version info and mobile device and a video of this case for further checking.

DJI Go 4 app version 4.2.8.
Mobile Device is Google Nexus 7 (2013) which is directly stated as compatible by DJI
App uninstalled/re-installed - still same problem.
This is my first drone and I have only had it for a few days. All firmware was fully updated before use.Screen recording of the problem

Hey man.. Did you managed to get it working? I have the same issue.. Tried different computers and the remote won't respond when within the Simulator.. Got a P4p+ with inbuilt screen.
