wifi on RC not turning on inspite of resetting the RC number of times... the wifi on my p4plus remote wont turn on..despite of me turning the wifi on in the settings it wont turn on.,.. tried doing the latest firmware upgrade but it still did not work.. tried downgrading the drone software it still did not work.. and i dont know how to connect my controller to dji assistant 2..any inputs? please help! Thanks!

okay so let me tell you step by step..
1. I  turned on the RC
2. I waited for the sign in screen to come on the screen
3. I swiped down the panel where the wifi icon is displayed
4. I tapped on it to toggle it on but it didn't
5. I opened the entire wifi settings tab to turn wifi on it still didn't.
and without logging in the dji app I can't fly the drone.. so in order to fly it I need to sign into the app and in order to sign into the app I need internet so is there any alternative to connect to the internet except wifi?

I tried every thing.. I also tried to reset the entire controller and also tried to erase the entire controller data... I also tried the "c1+c2+shutter" button reset..nothing worked.. I feel that this has happened after Ive upgraded to the v1.3.6.0 firmware I want to downgrade to v1.2.2.0  can anyone please PM me the link or email it to me ? please??? It's really urgent!

yes I did download the 1.2.2 firmware but that also did not work... I also removed the wire of the battery inside the  controller as that was the way to do a hard reset.. but it did not work..

So, everything works except the Wi-Fi connection?

Hi there, could you read the current aircraft and controller version in About page? It will be helpful if you can upload a short video, we'd like to look into it.

Update: I just got a message from our engineers that they'd suggest refreshing the firmware to V01.02.02.00, I'll send the download link in PM later. If still no luck, I'm sorry that you have to send the unit in for repair.
