Hi all: First time post and first time flight with new Mavic-Air fly more packagae.  Finally got everything registered, updated firmware, and charged up ready to fly and setout on my first flight.  I used alll default settings of video recording , and there seems to be some issues with recording freezing or sometype of interference.  When played back the video looks like evertime the avoidiance detectors would buzz, the video would scramble like appearance or pause.  Not sure what it is.. But then I noticed it happenes even when no buzz.  Any ideas or help.  Using Sansdisk ultraHigh UHS-1 32GB to record to.  Thanks

Are you sure the software you are using is up to playing the 4k content? I get the same issues using VLC player, but playing back the content in Windows Media Player works perfectly.

after a quick look at the sd card specs its not able to keep up with the 100MB/s that the drone records at in 4k. Pretty much any sandisk extreme card will work.

If the card is too slow surely the recording would just stop instead of making distorted videos? I've never had the issue with a slow card so I'm not sure what would actually happen.

So the video is playing perfectly with windows 10 media player?

Yeah there are higher speed cards. I'm using a U3 card which works perfectly

Thanks for info.  The video plays on my work-PC/ Dell I-7 /16gb ram/Win10 , but lags or distorts on my Lenovo T410 I-5 8GB Ram.  Laptop is 9yrs old, so must be the video capability.

Hey there, the 4K video requires more powerful PC. You can switch to 1080P or similar to check whether the video plays well.

This must be an SD card issue. Had the same choppy issue. I would change the card for something faster that can handle 4K and give it a new shot.

I think you would have a bigger card: 64 GB. It may give you more 4K recording time
