Another one from last weekend with the MPP - shame it's raining here now!

Thanks Marian - lots of blanket sky here at the moment with little to no cloud formation - so the foreground takes priority. Appreciate your kind compliments, as always.

This was a sharpness test too - the MPP passed

Two very nice shots. Sharpness looks really good for being taken on such a cloudy day.

Nice shots Andy, atmospheric with drama, very nice indeed and shows off the capabilities of the Mavic.... lovely and sharp too nearly as sharp as my wife's tongue

Thanks mate - little bit of work in post but pleased with the images this thing is giving out. My brother-in-law has been using my P4P lately and decided to buy it So, after all of the drones that I've owned I'll only have the MPP left now - which is a keeper! Think I'll keep the funds in my 'drone account' LOL - for the MP2 as and when/if

Yeah but I figure I have created a monster introducing her to drones lol She got up,this morning opened the curtains and melted the window with her language when she seen the rain and trees bending in the wind. I just crawled under the pillow and hid.

She's got the bug then for sure! Fair play!

Really nice image with very good sharpness.  I'm just waiting for winter to finally leave here so I can get flying with the MPP.  Nice to see what it is capable off with a little tweeking in post.  (I use Lightroom for all my photos)

+1, 0, +1
Colour normal or blue
Sunny WB (even on cloudy days)
That's typically what I use but I do change them depending on what I want to capture.

Thank you.  I've been shooting at -1,+1,+3 and been pretty happy with the results, but I am always experimenting.  I'm going out in an hour or so to fly and I'll be doing some more testing.

I tend to like very sharp images myself so be careful using +1 if you like a flatter image

I am going to give your camera settings a try . My pictures have been a little fuzzy and I think it is because of the settings.

Are there already green buds on trees and shrubs in the UK?
I consider trying the HDR method after watching this video today. Do you have any experience with that?

Awesome video mate! Tom does know his stuff - I remember seeing some of his videos when I first started flying.
This is a great tutorial on HDR photography. I will definitely try this. There is an HDR option in the drop down on the MPP which I have used but using RAW with AEB will definitely improve the dynamic range for me in these lighting conditions. Great help - thank you again.

No shadow and three dominant colors green, brown, light blu. That's okay beautiful.
