I have problem to pair my Smartphone with A2 via Bluetooth. I am getting communicate that my password is wrong. I tried 0000, 1234, and my password of DJI and no success. How I can reset it

Hi there, please connect A2 flight controller to A2 Assistant Software and reset Bluetooth there, once it's done, please connect to the APP to setup the password.

Hi DJI Mindy. I forgot to say that I did all these steps, and result is the same. Error with password in BTU.

There is no initial password for A2, once the Bluetooth is reset, password is required to be set by customers. If the issue persists, the Bluetooth may fail to be reset, have you tried to re-install the A2 Assistant software?

OK. I had to reset A2 completely only then I can pair my windows tablet with controller via BTU using 0000 password. Now I have question: My A2 assistant program in tablet do not see A2 controller  via BTU.  It works perfectly using USB connection. Can A2 assistant work with A2 controller using BTU link if yes, how to establish it?

I have constants red color LED .
When I connect USB wire , the LED starts to blink red/green during communication with my computer.

What is the name of the app that you are using? I am having trouble finding the app.
