Has anyone found a solution to this ongoing problem? Try to update my new 210RTK DJI Assistant 2 version 1.2.0 on Win10

Hi Parzival, I have tried in my computer and it works fine, did you try to re-install the DJI Assistant 2 to see if it works?

yes, I have deleted and reinstalled the program multiple times, with no success.

Please try the following link to see if you can visit: https://account-api.dji.com/apis/apprest/v1/vcode
If yes, it means your network is working fine, then please reboot the DJI Assistant 2 for 3 three times to see if the verification code will appear, if not, please provide us the log for further analysis.

Hi Mindy, Still no success, multiple attempts to login and another complete reinstall.  Also, if I enter a incorrect verification code I get

Mindy, Also the Verification code appears and works correctly when I click the links for "Forgot your password" and "Sign up"

UPDATE - FYI for all of the corporate users having this issue, after much testing on our Win10 PC's - this problem is a profile specific problem. To resolve this I had to remove Assistant 2 and all of the remaining directories and then run CCleaner or another registry cleaning tool. I did not find the actual registry key causing the problem. After reinstalling Assistant 2, the login worked

or, maybe, they can just get rid of the stupid recaptcha and find a different method? I don't understand the point of having this in the application? why isn't my username and password enough?

Windows 10 will not recognize the signed Assistant app therefore can't use the calibrate vision sensors ... tried developer mode too!

Hi, Can you help with this issue - as i have it but i use a Mac to connect to my Mavic Pro. ?

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled all versions more times than i can remember - i even used a Windows pc to try to rectify the issue but that was no good either.

DJI Team, Please just remove this waste of time for us all and add the correct Assistant Version to the website that actually works.

Hello,

I entered a wrong Captcha code (DJI please remove this, it is not neccessary) and after pressing login and waiting for 30 Sec. then the Login Dialog shows a Catpcha code like "EA2D".
I entered the captcha and could login.
