I have a problem Matrice210 on GS pro.
I wanted to take XT pictures using GS pro,3D MAP AREA mode.
but it didnt take any XT's pictures at all.
I could take X4S pictures but not XT.

there was small window showing XT's image,and Matrice act like it is taking picture like stop take picture,move stop take picture...
but no shutter sound,and no pictures.
Is Matrice possible to take XT pictures on GS pro,3D MAP AREA?

if someone did,tell me how to do that.

You need to manually actuate the shutter.  I had the same issue and this was the only way i could get it to work with the XT

When you mount two gimbals with GS Pro, only the gimbal on the right gimbal port can take pictures, which means XT mush be mounted to the right port, but the X4S cannot be mounted to the left gimbal port, I'm afraid this function cannot be achieved.

I  just noticed you have a same problem.
I asked same question to the shop I bought M210,and they asked to DJI.

DJIs answer is...
If your XT is latest firmware,(Firmware V01.31.0.00 (Matrice 200 Series)) it works.
my XTs firmware wasnt latest one.that was problem.
so today,updated it and succeeded using GS pro with XT.

here is my set up.
・M210
・gimbal Ⅰ XT
・gimbalⅡ　no cam

・Cendence with ipad mini2

I know,your M210 and XT has latest one.so I hope your M210 with XT works.

right port meansⅠ,left port means Ⅱ?

I think there is no archives on GS pro manual that telling it.
