My Mavic Pro's obstacle avoidance is not functioning and I do not get errors. Forward and downward detection is not working. All avoidance settings are enabled and I am not in sport mode. Vision sensor state is normal. When I try to calibrate in DJI assistant, before I can start it says "please reboot the aircraft". When I plug in my friend's Mavic the calibration runs successfully. Please assist as soon as possible.
Apart from cleaning the sensors there is little else left. You can try refreshing the firmware in Assistant 2 then try the VPS calibration again but if that doesn’t work you’ll need to face the reality that the drone needs to be shipped back to DJI via raising a ticket a with DJI support. Good luck.
Everything is enabled in tbe sensor settings. The forward obstacle avoidance icon on the flight screen is red with an "!" in the center. When I turn obstacle avoidance off, then it is red with an "r". I will upload another screenshot of that.
I have also tried to reset factory defaults, then refreshed the firmware and tried to calibrate again, with no success. Still get error, please reboot the aircraft.
Hi, not to spam post, but this is EXACTLY the same problem I am having with my new MP. Is there nothing more to do than to return it to the manufacturer for evaluation? Was working fine, then just stopped for no apparent reason. Everything on, and can not calibrate with Assistant 2 becuz “please reboot aircraft”.

Please feel free to join me in the struggle! I am still waiting for them to respond after they asked for screenshots. It is super frustrating.
