i found Phantom 3 SE for 800$ on our local web shop and if you can advise me is that a good option for that money? There is also Spark Fly more Combo for that money but i dont like that is only 16 min battery life.

Maybe in your country is chepar, but in mine country (Croatia, Europe) the lowest price of DJI Phantom 3 SE 4K is cca 794 USD. How i said in that money range i can find only spark more fly combo. After that there is  Mavick Air (cca 1,060 USD)

Agreed, they are ripping us within Europe even the € is worth more than $ at the moment.
Just look in those two posts what happened when they changed from $ to €

It depends on your location. Personally, I'd like to add some money to get a Mavic Air.
