hi

i have new mavic air with FW below but the only problem the EV compensation is grey out even i set into manual both photo and video how to fix this bug?
  • Aircraft Firmware: v01.00.0200
  • Remote Controller Firmware: v01.00.0100
  • DJI GO 4 App Android:v4.2.8

Have you considered updating to the latest firmware (v01.00.0300)?  Also try uninstalling the app then re-installing.

The exposure compensation feature does not work in Manual Mode since the exposure is controlled by the photographer. If you want to adjust the EV, you need to switch to Auto mode, or you can try to adjust ISO.
