HI, I just opened a case for my Spark due to a malfunction with the image transmission.
The drone is under warranty and I even bought DJI Care back at the time.
I received a case number but on the case page a line states "ship by myself"...?
Isn't shipping covered and handled by DJI?
Will I receive a label by mail to apply to my package?

Shipping label should have been sent to you, please check the email and sent in at your earliest convenience, as for the system error, we have reported to the related team to look into, sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Thanks the label was received and the package is ready to be picked up by UPS this afternoon. Cheers.
