Today unexpectedly I got a day off So I took my dog, my Mavic and headed to an unexplored waterfall (more later ) on a way to it I spotted monument on a hill I did not know about and went for a walk and because monument from old times wasn't good enough for a whole battery I pointed out my Mavic to far away Termo power plant, did not reach it and barely made back but had fun

Interesting Monument.
I tried to find a photo on the internet to see if it had a name. No dice.
With the hole in the center it looked like a Missile silo that was disguised as a monument.

You do have some really neat Monuments in your area.

Yup, well done Alex.  As a person with zero artistic talents, I look at shapes like that and wonder how someone comes up with the idea to make something that way.

There is an ease explanation - communists like all other dictatorships at first kill all their opponents (or imprisoned them), which usually happened to be more educated part of the population,  then whats left is used, whoever praised their dictatorship, became poets, artist and build monuments, not necessarily the best ones, But Biggest one for sure
