Hi all,
I had the magic air for 3 months. One day when I took off the battery, part of the locking mechanism broke off. Would this be covered under warranty? Can this be repaired? Would hate to see this battery go to the bin. I have DJI care and have emailed them 7 days ago with no response. Has anyone experience this problem? Thanks...

Where did you get your Magic air?

Sorry to read on this. The battery lock was broken when you move the battery out, right? I am sorry to tell that battery can't be repaired. If it was broken due to the improper strength, we are sorry to tell that you might need to pay for the battery replacement.
