I have only taken my Phantom 3 Professional on about 5 flights so far and no crashes or hard landings, but I noticed a small scratch on the lens. I thought maybe there was a protective plastic screen that just got scuffed but it doesn't appear so. I know I have had other products that the plastic was so clear you couldn't even tell it was on there. Any suggestions?

in the photos it looks like a smudge.  sounds silly but have you tried a microfibre cloth and some grass cleaner?
I've not tried but I heard the front glass does unscrew so worst case is that could be replaced.

As distressing as that may seem, if you keep the aperture at f/2.8, it's amazing how much physical "damage" can happen to the front element of a lens and not have it materially affect image quality.
