I sent to DJI Nl through DJI Italy my Mavic air to repair after a crash (RMA number BVTMKRB79). How can I verify if they already received it?  Any idea about the repair time? Thanks

You should have a been given a tracking number by the courier. Return times are typically 1-4 weeks.

Sorry that this case number is not available in our system, the correct format should be CAS-xxxxxx-xxxxxx, if you need any further assistance, please get the case number from your dealer. Thank you.
