Jagrov, could you please provide me with more info about the upgrade? Does it mean that you can't see the firmware later than 1.03.0550 or can't upgrade the firmware to the latest version?
If it is the firmware upgrade failed, please check if there is an error code, provide me with the error message to confirm. Thank you.

Hello Thor, I did send you a PM with my account information I believe.
Sorry for the late reply. Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version, see if it works.

Dear Thor,
Seems the issue is not fixed. I plug in the drone, see the list off all updates.
My exact steps;
Plug drone into PC
Start DJI Assistant 1.2.3
Turn on Drone
Drone recognized
Select v01.03.0813 and start upgrade. (Downloads ok) (Transmits ok)
Updating. Jumps quickly from 1% to 15% (failed error 0x032800 at 15%)
Wrote you.
My drone is connected directly to the PC with the supplied USB cable from DJI. Battery is fully charged.
Could not find the LOG file on SD card or PC.

Sorry for the difficulties. Please try to restart the machine and update again. If the upgrade keeps failing with error code 0x032800, you might need to send the drone in for diagnosis.
Please fill in some info on the online repair link of our official web and then send it back. Here is the link: https://repair.dji.com/en/SelfRepair/Area

Hi, did you get a fix for this without sending the drone in for repair? I have the exact same setting trying to update from V 01.03.500 via beta firmware V 01.03.0813, the upgrade process jumps fast to 15% ang goes into error.

Nope. It hasn't been fixed. Haven't had a chance to send it in yet due to travels.
I never got the aircraft to go past 15% with the beta firmware. I read in another post that hitting the recorder button on the controller many times each time the upgrade progression bar seems to stop will help the upgrade go on. I tried this with direct upgrading off the AC from 01.03.0500 to 01.04.0400 and to my surprise a managed to finish the upgrade successfully. I dont now if it was a coincidence, but after trying the upgrade in many different setups at least 20+ times I am happy it hit the goal at last.
