Slowly I have lost the abilility to use the camera and gimbal.  I am working with tech on email and so far so good.  No solutions yet but working through the problem step by step.  
The first person video works but camera controls npot at all.  Would come alive after reinstalling the Go4 app to begin with but that is not working now.  Never crashed and still using the original props.  Tried all the forum sugestions and nothing their either.  MP and the latest firmware as of today and newer ipad mini with latest firmware too.  Can anyone tell me about the service route?

Just to verify, will the gimbal perform self-check after powering on? Can you see the image transmission and is there any error message? We would like to make a troubleshooting firstly before sending in.
