with my new phone Samsung S9 the DJI go app doesn´t find my osmo.
I checked with my old phone S7. Everything works fine.
What to do that I can use the osmo with my S9.
Osmo Firmware 1.11.2.70

no. Thats not the reason. I restartet the phones before each test.
Do you also use an S9?

Hi Juergen, sorry to read on this, do you mean you have connected to Osmo's wifi, but there is no Osmo option in DJI Go APP in Samsung Galaxy S9? If yes, may I have your APP version and a screenshot of the APP homepage?

Sorry Juergen, your last post was deleted by accident, I have seen the screenshot, have you tried to re-install the APP?

Yes - i reinstalled the app several times including resetting the password.
Here the Versions of the software again:
Osmo Firmware 1.11.2.70
App-version: 3.1.30
When i select the osmo in the app, a screen with the description 'how to connect' is shown.
On my old S7 everything works fine.

the DJI Support mailed to me, that the new Samsung S9 is not supported.
"Dear customer,
thank you for contacting DJI Technical Support.
We are sorry to hear about the problem.
Unfortunately, the Samsung 9 is not on our list of mobile devices that we support.
......"

Bad news for me and, i think, many DJI-Users.

Juergen, actually, our support is right, Samsung S9 is not in our compatible list at the moment, therefore, the compatibility cannot be fully guaranteed, this issue will also be reported to our engineers for more test and development, hope it will be added in the list as soon as possible.

Please don't play the "not in the compatible list" -card in this case/  It is fully compatible, as is the S8.

I have an S9+, works without problem. Just make sure you have not other phone with Bluetooth on that used to connect to it. Had that problem when I was on the road with 2 phones and wouldn't find it. Then remembered my old phone was still on with Bluetooth on, disabled bluetooth, immediately found the osmo when app was restarted.

I'm sure your S7 connects to it, app doesn't need to be running on your S7.

good idea. I deactivated BlueTooth on my S9. The Osmo connected zu the wifi, but the app didn´t find it.
I installed the app once again with no result.
The app is only searching for the Osmo mobile that I don´t have.
I think i have to wait for an update of the app.

It would be nice if you could include the Samsung s9 plus in you list of phones for Osmo plus. I use the mavic on this phone, but really sad that we cannot use the Osmo plus. Especially when going out with work colleagues this sumner functions.
Your earliest support will be highly appreciated.

Head on over the to Support section of DJI and start a Chat session.  You might get a Case# if they can't help you.  In my experience it got to the "engineers" faster and my similar matter was resolved in a matter of days.  Even got a call-back from a specialist.

Bad news for us. I use the DJI Mavic pro on the Samsung 9s plus. Not able to connect with osmo plus is a shame. Means to carry two phones unless DJI undates the app.
Very disappointing and DJI has to do somthing quick.

Are you using the same App to connect Mavic Pro and Osmo Plus?  For as far as I know the Osmo Plus uses the older App (For products before P4)...

I found a simple solution for that problem (that i was also facing with Android 9)
Just put your Android Phone into Airplane Mode then, turn on wifi and connect to you Osmo.
Next, open your DJI Go App and... voilá...

It worked for me

I have the same problem not able to connect the Samsung s9 plus to  the osmo plus. Sincr Dec the tell me it is not in the compatiable lisy and has bern passrd to the engineers.
Are they jist fooling us customers and there is a way around this?
