Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Please restart the drone and check if it is ok. If still no good luck, then please kindly contact our support to start a case and send it in for diagnosis: https://www.dji.com/support. Thanks!

I researched a little on this forum an another forum.
Here are some responses:
1 If you're having altitude issues, calibrating the IMU is the best way to solve them.
2 The barometer (non calibratable) takes a reading and sets your take off point as 0 feet. (Altitude is now 0, not the actual elevation from sea level)  Check to see when it starts the altitude is set to 0 feet
3  Bang on the side of the drone. Sometimes the sensor gets stuck.

Hopefully someone with the same problem has the answer you are looking for.
Other wise you will have to send it back to DJI support.

Thanks for the replies. The app doesn’t seem to allow the operator to do an IMU calibration like it used to. I am assuming that it only allows for a calibration if the drone actually requires one? Otherwise how can you force it to calibrate the IMU?

You can calibrate any time not only when it says to.
This tutorial should explain how better then me trying to explain it.

Thanks for that. I was attempting to try the calibration under the compass calibration and was having no luck.
