So, it's early in the confirmation, but I got my entire drone replaced when I sent it in for my crash damage. They have yet to confirm the reason..... First I got an invoice saying I owe 150 for Gimble, gimble ribon and props. Then I call, explain case for the 10,000th time, and next I get an invoice saying the entire drone will be repaired for no extra cost. I do have refresh, yet they knew that for the first invoice.
You have sent yours in for repair in the past, did you have refresh? If so, did you ask for a full replacement? I know it's not that easy, it has literally taken me almost 5 hours on customer service dealing with these guys. Lucky for me I have a head set and a bathroom that needed to be tiled. I prepped, tiled and grouted my bathroom in the time I was on hold with DJI........ (not all at once, over a week or so)

no i did not have carefresh, was not available to me.
i am pretty sure i got my same drone back from repairs - was very new then and only made casual mental notes) but nothing stood out except the battery was apparently newly replaced with that repair.
I have been doing some more or less extreme tests on signal lately. Why? because i have got to believing that many signal warnings are not in fact signal problems but some other problem that is labeled as signal problem.
i have spent so much time chasing after a solution to 'signal problems'. tutorials, studies, forums, research, deleting and reinstalling app many times, changed cables, checked antenae position, researched rf and topographcal and environmental, magnetic etc influences (that some times fail and always takes many hours) refreshed my devices, bought new devices and more recently one that is on the dji list - yet i still have the same problems.
you know how i feel - flying without a reliable screen in beyond horrible. It is definitely the dji fault behind my first crash and almost always the reason leading up to other very close calls i have had.
