Air no more then 20meters away losses video stream to iphone and goes into RTH and lands safely

1)Strange thing is that DJI Go app log files do not show any errors or messages it stops tracking where ot losses connection at 20meters out
2)Video was recording on SD Card and continues till it lands at home point.

Question is should a error message have appeared on the log File.
Did also update file to Airdata and no error mesage there either just replays the track untill 20meters from home .
Did fly again after and no issues

Indeed... and why is it being disconnected after 20 meters...? Firmware is fully up2date? Factory reset?

No record is normal as AC is not connected to RC. The message about lost connection is written in the .TXT file when AC reconnect to RC. It should bee in the .DAT file in AC data.
The real question is why it loose connection.

The reason you don't see the message is that the aircraft don't reconnect to controller.
Have you connected it to Dji Assistant 2 and refreshed the firmware on both AC and RC?

This is a problem DJI denies is wide spread. Good luck

Hi Susan
No it has only happened once
Landing gear was down and not far out,
App stopped feed and also no data was showing in app
Will do a screen shot if happens again
