From the manual: The Flight Mode Switch is locked in P mode by default. To unlock the switch, launch the DJI Pilot app, enter the "Camera" page, tap "MODE", and then activate "Multiple Flight Mode"

Where can I find the Multiple Flight Mode button?!

I am running Pilot App 1.1.0

Enter camera in the dji pilot app, tap on "mode button", tap on the first icône "multicopter", scroll down in the menu and hit the "advanced button.
And there you are
