Yep.. you can really get stunning images out of the AIR and the ND1000

Yep... i got some blurred photos.. but it's normal having in mind that was windy (7 out of 10) photos come out pretty sharp

Yes.. it's pretty much the same in the whole world.. i know...  VAT + Custom fees are normal...  If you want it fast this is the only option
