Second time in a month, trying to log in to app through phone and tablet just getting same message Login Failed. I have deleted app and same result, last time I couldn’t fly because app said I wasn’t logged in, I can log in through my iMac , which is how I posted this, so is there something wrong with app for mobile?

My problem is I can’t sign in just keep getting message above, so it’s not possible to sign out if I can’t sign in.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience. It has been tested and there is no issue of the DJI GO4 app, here we can sign in the DJI GO4 app on both of IOS and Android mobile devices. Under this situation, could you please change a mobile device to try it again? Hope everything will be fine soon. Thanks!

I have tried logging into my account this morning from both of my drones - one using my iphone and the Go4 App and the other a phantom 4 pro plus via it's own device. BOTH tell me there is a no network connection. - "LOGIN FAILED -CHECK YOUR NETWORK CONNECTION" However if I try to create a new account with the same email, it tells me that that account already exists - which proves I do have a network connection and that the problem lies within DJI server itself. DJI - CHECK YOUR NETWORK, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. NOT HAPPY!!!!!!!!!
