Hi,

I'm writing here because I have a big mistake with my bird.

First, no problem at all with a P3Pro (iPhone cable ok + iPhone X), not even one lag.

But with the Inspire 1V2, things looks different. The video transmission is verry slow, more than 5 seconds time of transmission, the distance between bird and remote is about 2 meters.

I tried the following :

• Remote switch
• Remote downgrade and upgrade
• cable change
• phone change
• external display on hdmi port
• camera contact cleaning
• antennas push with a pen to ensure it fitted in the connector (never removed)
  

The Inspire 1V2 Z3 is on 1.11.01.50 firmware (latest as far I know) and the remote on latest too.

I don't know what to do, the Inspire has been purchased on August 2016.
It has been used exclusively for professional purposes and flight time is 5,5 hours.

is the 1.11 the latest X3 FW? or the Z3 FW? try doing the Z3 FW and see if that fixes the issue

I too have a V2 with Z3 running the linked Z3 FW and have zero lag

Yes is it the latest, I don't know how to force reinstall

The firmware on the SD card is identical to or older than the current firmware on the device.

the Z3 is slighty different than the X3. i had the X3 FW on mine prior to getting the Z3. and the bird took the Z3 FW. cause when i first got my Z3 nothing worked, no image, no RC control of pith/yaw. put the Z3 FW on the SD and it updated and worked.

I just got a Z3. I have the newest firmware for the X.3 everything was up-to-date. I never needed to do a firmware update for the Z3. I just attach the camera everything worked. The app recognized the Z3.

Thanks but I don't have X3 to try, and the osmo x3 is locked for osmo...

Any help from DJI staff ?

did you try the Z3 FW from the link?

Yes i tried this one : Zenmuse Z3 Firmware V01.11.01.50 (Inspire 1) - 2017-07-10

The FW I’m on for the Z3 is 1.9.1.40

You need debug file for firmware downgrade of both the aircraft and camera. Then you upgrade with latest firmware.

That's the only way to fix if not then your z3 has problems

DJI only display one firmware for Z3

hes saying to downgrade the drone to the 1.10 X3 FW. they install the Z3 1.11

I can't I don't have an X3, only Z3

I have a new Z3. Did not have to do anything to get it to work on new T601 V2.0.
No problems here.....

DJI just sent me back the drone. They did nothing .
The problem is always here cause they don't tried to fly the bird. I've got in bonus scratches on the 2nd remote...

The repair center has not asked for more information, just said "no problem" and sent back the drone.

A bad day with the lost of € 4 000.
