Can someone tell me how to start a Care Refresh claim of a Mavic Pro? In the FAQ it says contact DJI Support via phone, email, or live chat and then i can send it to a repair place.   but i dont see any of these listed in the FAQ's or any other place.  I am in the USA if that makes a difference as to how to contact them.

Sorry to read you had an issue but DJI will get you back flying in a relatively short period.

Yeah I wasn't happy at all, and now I find out I have to have PayPal in order to get this done. ugh

Only DJI Care Refresh Express needs to be paid in advance, if you do not want to pay before sending in, please select the normal DJI Care Refresh service.

Thanks Mindy....I actually did the care refresh express. I guess we can chalk it up to me being in a hurry to get it sent off and replaced.
