Can someone tell me how to start a Care Refresh claim of a Mavic Pro? In the FAQ it says contact DJI Support via phone, email, or live chat and then i can send it to a repair place. but i dont see any of these listed in the FAQ's or any other place. I am in the USA if that makes a difference as to how to contact them.
Only DJI Care Refresh Express needs to be paid in advance, if you do not want to pay before sending in, please select the normal DJI Care Refresh service.
