Honest Opinion Please.

I like opening in clouds spotlighting homes in #3.  But clouds in foreground seem to ominous.
Thus I like #2 better than #3.  With one minor take away from #2, the open green grass area on left, instead of all tightly grouped houses of #3.

Nothing you can do about it.  But trees in foreground and midground look off in both pictures, chalking that up to limitations of camera.

i think #2 is a lovey picture with great colors and nice balanced tones (ie the shadows feel a bit too dark for me in #3 whereas #2 looks just perfect.)
Also as hedgetrimmer says ( i only noticed because HT pointed it out) the clouds in the top fore ground vs the open sky in the top foreground - for composition i agree the open sky looks nicer.
I really like #2, nice job

I really like both shots.  

Both are great shots, but for me number one has the edge, visually more appealing, great job buddy well done indeed.

Both of them are nice, though the sky in the first one makes it more interesting in my opinion.

This is only my opinion.
I studied both photos. I believe the first one is the best. The sky  being more open draws the eyes toward the clouds in the background. Gives you a better perspective of the scenery.
The second with the dark sky  draws the eyes toward the brightness of the houses and you kind of miss the rest of the scenery.
Needless to say I liked them both.
