Getting an error message (login failed) when I try and use the dji Go app to access the forum.
This is recent development and uninstalling and restalling doesn’t seem to help.
I am using iOS and the most recent dji Go version.
Any ideas?
The same thing happened to me a few days ago not sure what it was.
I was able to get on via my computer ok.
I uninstalled the app from my tablet and was redownloading it then it all syaryed working again fine.
Thought maybe they were having problems or doing something to the server.

Interesting. It seems I can get on using my iphone but not my iPad mini. Hope that doesn’t effect my fling because I use the iPad mini for flying
I know there doing work on the servers on the 22nd but thats still a cple of days away yet at first i thought that was the cause untill i re checked the dates.
I have no idea of the cause perhaps dji admin may have an answer.

Had the same issue but with acessing dji forum from tablet and computer. Have had to reset password 3 times in last month. Dji servers seem to have some sort of issue.

I can’t even log out. Not sure how I can reset the password
