I had some problems with my batteries, only charged them around 40 times and they started to give my battery error.
Sent them back to my local shop and all returned new.

Hi, I have three and unfortunately yes they all had the same problem.

I have been taking care of them according to the instructions provided but still.

Tried the empty/recharge procedure several times without any success but now i'm good to go again.

Thank you, I think it is important to share negative and positive things. At the moment i'm total happy and I hope I don't get into more problems.

So very glad to hear a positive outcome. Most likely the batteries have been sitting for a long while so went bad after not being used. Glad they came through.

yes that might be the case but I followed the procedures described so what more can one do? They came from the early batches so I hope the performance and quality is better now.
