I'm sending my Mavic Pro Platnium in for accessing as I believe there is an issue. Images appear blurry in parts and there is noise as if a high ISO was used. I have a CAS number but it says shipping is arranged by me. My understanding is that a shipping label was generated by DJI. I applied for the return of the Mavic only a few minutes ago is the shipping updated later and a shipping label sent?

Yes you will receive confirmation emai regarding shipping.

Yeah when I generated a case it said the same thing but 2 minutes later UPS sent me a shipping label in my email.  You should of gotten emailed a shipping label from the shipping company at least I did.  Check your spam folder if you don't see one.
