I keep getting a battery error it says my battery is not produce by dji and it is and the i get no power the cells are fine and i get a motor overload i cant fly it help?!!

What FW is on your copter system (RC and AC). Can you update the battery´s FW ?

Can you please provide a screen shot of the error msg.
Is it a genuine dji battery ?
Have you flown with it before?
Have you updated all your firmware?
How do you know the cells are fine if you get no power?
How can you have a motor overload if your not getting power?

Sorry for the difficulties. Just to verify, do you have another battery to test? Please try to restart the drone, make sure that the firmware had updated. If the battery error persists, please provide me with a picture of the battery serial, I will try to check.
