afternoon all, i’m after some advice please, i have a second hand drone which i’m told is all good, however iv come to set it up and i’m unable to connect to the controller wi-fi he gave me the password but it continually says incorrect password, i have read in several places that you can reset it back to standard 12341234.  again iv tried this but keep getting incorrect password?.  i know the controller is linked to the bird as i’m able to move the gimble with it, but as yet unable to get the bird flying is this because i can’t connect to my tablet ?

hope this makes sense any advice would be much apreiciated, oh i’m trying to use a iphone x with a standard phantom 3

turn on rc and ac then turn gimbel switch all the way far right and toggle s2 switch back and forth at least 3 times the remote will sound a long beep then succes

Thanks guys yes iv tried this also.  I don’t get a beep at the end of the sequence and dosnt reset

Do you have another device to try?
